The Better Investment Community Database (BICD) is a member-driven investment database containing information on investments in property, business and securities that have returned, are returning, or are believed to be returning not less than 20% per annum to investors.

Information on investment opportunities is available to Members via the BICD, and in the form of Summary Investment Profiles (SIPs) and Detailed Investment Profiles (DIPs).

Free Trial Membership gives visitors to this site the ability to Browse Summary Investment Profiles on all the investments in the BICD.

Trial Members may upgrade to Full Membership by obtaining a Yearly Subscription.  This gives them the ability to have unlimited access to all investments contained in the BICD, as well as the ability to provide feedback, commentary and vote on investments stored in the BICD.
